A test of the same image code

Images at different resolutions

original post here

Here are four instances of the same picture. The original is sized at 2000 x 2000. Each has one has been marked with one of the four resolutions: Full Size, Large, Medium & Thumbnail. As viewed in MS Edge & Google Chrome, or the WordPress Reader, they all appear to be the same size. In the browsers they are also demonstrably the original high-resolution image, but in the WordPress Reader, the size doesn’t alter, but the resolution is reduced progressively.

Images placed in line with paragraph text

The paragraph that follows this one should have the same image at thumbnail resolution right-aligned with the text. That’s not what I see in my browsers or the WordPress Reader. What do you see?
